Paralegal The candidate will incorporate new client assignments into case management system and facilitate conflicts checks. Maintain client data within case management system. Budgeting- Tracking, gaining approval and monitoring performance. Review materials from clients and firm attorneys and update a "Live" spreadsheet that is in working order to send to the client. Draft and assemble standard correspondence, affidavits, review title reports and other real estate documentation. Communicate with clients to develop supporting information and documentation. Conduct public record searches of parties, including judgment, tax liens, and UCC filings. Obtain closing figures and other materials from banking institutions. The candidate should have Bachelor's degree. 1+ years of work experience in a professional office setting preferred. Working in Real Estate / Title Company experience a plus. Extremely detail-oriented and able to prioritize a heavy workload. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, etc.) required. Strong skill set in Microsoft Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Ability to integrate into a fast-paced environment.
