Associate Immigration Attorney The candidate should be a very good writer, with (anonymized / cleansed) writing samples to be provided if the candidate moves forward with the interview process. Third-year law students are also welcome to apply. Consult and work directly with clients on all aspects of our clients' immigration matters. Represent clients in Immigration matters before USCIS and Executive Office of Immigration Review. Work on all immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters, including I-589, I-601, RFE, among other immigration matters. Review and process incoming documents. Admitted to practice law in any U.S. State. Excellent writing, organizational and research skills are required. Experience with executing high-volume family and business immigration cases preferred.
