Corporate Trust Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of experience. Transactional experience representing corporate trustees and/or agents in project finance, loan agency, corporate and municipal debt, structured finance, and specialized products are strongly desired. Should have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the New York or another Bar. Senior associate and counsel-level candidates may also be considered.
