Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for the collection and organization of information, preparation of petitions, managing deadlines and tasks, maintaining case files, resolving contested matters, maintaining quality of product, assisting with legal research and writing, managing mortgage loan modification process, and ensuring client satisfaction. Substantial client interaction and scrupulous attention to detail while under time-constraints. Must have successfully completed completed a paralegal educational program, be a certified paralegal, obtained a JD, or have had substantial related experience. Must have experience in a position requiring attention to detail, customer relations, and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required. Bankruptcy experience preferred.
