Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney The candidate will be responsible for drafting pleadings; motions with supporting briefs; and mediation statements. Drafting formal reports and other communication to clients. Preparing formal correspondence to opposing counsel and other parties. Analyzing insurance policies, drafting coverage opinions and providing coverage recommendations for clients. Conducting legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis. Drafting written discovery requests, including interrogatories and document demands. Reviewing document collections in preparation for litigation. Attending depositions, hearings, and mediations as required. Submitting filings to the court. Must have J.D./LLM. Admitted to practice in Georgia, additional admissions a plus. Should have insurance coverage experience. Should have litigation experience. Should have exceptional legal writing and communication skills. Should have strong interpersonal skills. Should have ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
