Family Law Attorney The candidate duties include: Assist with family law related matters; Draft documents, motions, pleadings, take depositions and assist with discovery; Attend client consultations and meetings, mediation, appear on behalf of clients in court (from temporary orders to final); Someone who is not afraid to go to court; Communicate with clients; and Provide excellent client centered service. Should have 3+ years of experience in family law. Must be admitted to Texas bar and in good standing.
