Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will perform outline cases, key evidence, key witnesses, future discovery, and other tasks on an ongoing basis. Draft case/issue specific discovery (production requests, interrogatories, corporate person most qualified categories). Respond to discovery. Communicate and work with clients and experts. Organize investigative materials and discovery documents (sometimes in tens of thousands of pages. Should preferably have a high school or equivalent degree with 1 year of Microsoft Office experience. Must have 2 years of Personal Injury paralegal litigation experience.
