Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work in personal injury firm. Should have 2+ years experience. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment, be detail oriented and organized, and be confident and comfortable maintaining and managing a case load independently. Should be proficient in Word, Outlook and ability to learn our Case Management System. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Prepare no-fault applications, notice of claims, obtaining and reviewing medical records, drafting pleadings and discovery responses and demands.
