Office Manager/Legal Secretary The candidate will maintain contact with clients, opposing party and counsel involved in cases. Communicate with clients, keeping them informed of the status of their case. Organize, track, build and maintain case files. Schedule client appointments, manage calendar, and keep attorneys and clients informed of scheduled court dates. Assist with hearing/trial preparation. Perform miscellaneous job duties related to the position. College degree is preferred. Should preferably have 2-3 years of experience. Should preferably have 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience. Spanish skills are preferred.
