Litigation Attorney The candidate will draft and review pleadings and other filings necessary in the court of litigation. Attend court hearings, mediations, depositions, and code enforcement hearings across the State, both in-person and remotely. Work closely with mortgage banking clients to provide top-level legal services. Exercise a high-degree of confidentiality and professionalism. Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements (as applicable). Should have a Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school, and Bar Membership. Should preferably have 3+ years of foreclosure litigation experience. Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills; Strong interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written electronic correspondence. Must have demonstrated ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations.
