Medical Malpractice Paralegal The candidate will draft documents, putting together motions with exhibits, e-filing in both State and Federal Courts, copying, research, obtain expert transcripts, data entry and generally assist attorneys as necessary. Must be able to multi-task, have good organizational skills, be detail oriented, is smart, hard-working and works well with others. Prior experience as a medical malpractice/personal injury paralegal is a must! Should have 1 year of medical malpractice experience. Bachelor's (Preferred). Paralegal Certificate (Preferred). Spanish (Preferred).
