Immigration Attorney The candidate will represent clients in Immigration Court and before USCIS. Prepare and draft motions, legal Briefs, and appeals Briefs in immigration matters. Prepare various immigration applications including, but not limited to, I-130 petitions, I-485 adjustments, N-400, I-601A waivers, I-360 VAWA petitions, I-918 U-Visa petitions, I-589 Asylum, EOIR-42B Cancellation of Removal, PERM, I-140 petitioner, H1B and H2B visa petitions. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. The candidate should have 2+ years experience in the Immigration legal field. Should be Licensed attorney. Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Spanish-speaking skills highly preferred.
