Personal Injury Litigation Attorney The candidate will handle auto accident cases from beginning to end, including the initial consultation, drafting demand letters, negotiating settlements with insurers, negotiating reductions with medical providers and health insurers, filing suit in state and magistrate courts, conducting discovery, mediations, trials, and preparing disbursals. Responding to clients' phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner. Must have 1-3 years of litigation and trial experience. Should have excellent communication and writing skills. Must have experience drafting demand letters. Should have experience drafting and responding to written discovery. Must have experience taking and defending depositions. Should have experience negotiating settlements with adjusters and defense counsel. Should have mediation experience. Must be a member in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
