Litigation Paralegal (Defense) The candidate will be responsible for assisting a dynamic team of attorneys specializing primarily in toxic tort/asbestos litigation. Bachelors degree required. Paralegal Certificate preferred. 1-3 years prior experience in a legal assistant/paralegal position in a legal setting is preferred. Proficiency in Office 2010 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook. Works under extreme pressure of time, accuracy and interruptions. Subject to frequent and rapid change of priorities. Ability to relate well to people on all levels of the organization (written and verbal) Must have excellent organization skills to handle more than one activity at any one time. Must perform duties in a neat and orderly fashion. Works to meet frequent deadlines.
