Associate Attorney - Family Law The candidate should be licensed to practice law in North Carolina and have Notary Public certificate. Must have legal and trial experience with law firm experience in the area of family law. Strong advocacy and trial skills are needed. Should have good drafting skills and ability to interact and communicate with clients, opposing counsels and their staff. Must be an excellent writer and able to draft pleadings, contracts, discovery, separation agreements, orders, and related legal documents.
