Junior Paralegal - Commercial Litigation and Corporate Transactions The candidate will be responsible for: Preparing, drafting, and reviewing legal documents, including motions, affidavits, orders, subpoenas, and pleadings. Formatting legal documents for attorneys. Preparing and electronically filing legal documents with its respective courts. Preparing for depositions, including managing exhibits and exhibit logs and managing deposition transcripts and exhibits. Contacting court clerks regarding specific cases and filings. Creating various corporate entities in New York, New Jersey and Delaware. Managing firm database, client documents, and document production. Bachelors Degree is essential. Should have 1-2 years of paralegal experience, preferably in corporate law. Should have excellent research, organizational and multi-tasking skills. Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
