Legal Secretary The candidate's duties include: Notarizing documents; Direct client communication - scheduling; document follow up; attorney instructions; etc; Managing multiple attorneys calendars; Drafting Estate Plan documents using Wealth Counsel; familiarity with Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney; Drafting various Estate Plan-related documents outside of Wealth Counsel as necessary; Draft Trust diagrams/flowcharts using Visio; Record deeds in Maricopa County; Drafting fee agreements; Estate Plan document management; Maintain attorney's CLE records; file CLE affidavits with the state bar; File probate pleadings as necessary (probate court in Maricopa County does not accept e-filing). The candidate should have 3-5 years of relevant legal assistant experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced professional office environment. Must be organized, reliable, punctual, have a professional demeanor, and be friendly and outgoing. Meticulous attention to detail is a critical skill necessary to this position. Strong writing and proofreading skills and a desire to learn, as well as a strict adherence to confidentiality is required.
