Legal Secretary / Administrative Assistant The candidate will plan and work quickly and efficiently under deadlines. Will answer phones, take client information, set appointments. Create new client folders, documents and electronic case files. File legal documents through e-recording and by regular mail. Correspond with clients, courts, government agencies, etc on a variety of matters. Maintain and organize office files and supplies. Review and update daily production reports and generate necessary documents. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
