Litigation Paralegal The candidate will draft petitions, discovery requests and responses, motions, orders, demands, letters, trial documents, etc. Will schedule hearings, trials, depositions, mediations, and other meetings. Supervise the litigation team workflow. Must have 2+ years of personal injury case litigation, including specific experience handling a high volume of personal injury litigation (5 years preferred). Should be proficient in e-Filing, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Acrobat and Needles. Utilization of practice management software preferred (Needles,Time Matters etc.).
