Family Law Attorney The candidate will manage client's case from opening to close. Offer legal advice and representation to clients regarding divorce, domestic violence, custody, parenting plans, and prenuptial agreements. Coordinate with staff to file appropriate motions. Attend hearings, court appearances, and conferences. Respond quickly to the needs of clients. Provide timely updates to clients about their cases. JD required. Admitted to FL Bar required. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills required. Good organizational and multitasking abilities required. Must be respectful to all team members. The candidate should be an experienced Family Law attorney. The range of duties includes writing legal documents, representing clients in court proceedings and mediations, and working with other attorneys in the firm to best serve clients.
