Litigation Drafting Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years of experience in litigation drafting, including petitions, motions for summary judgment, memorandum, analyzing issues of law, and other such pleadings as necessary. Must have a JD degree. Must be licensed in Texas. Excellent skills and experience with transaction document preparation and revision needed. Excellent proofreading skills with acute attention to detail required. Must have experience in commercial litigation drafting. Experience in personal injury is needed. Should have experience in strategizing how to proceed in a complex litigation matter. Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are needed. Candidates having the following will be given preference: Bilingual in Spanish and English; Courtroom experience; Deposition experience. Note: This is a contract position.
