Bilingual Plaintiff s Personal Injury Intake Attorney Duties: Support the legal intake department with potential new client conversions. Conduct case evaluation, screening, and intake and signup of new clients, over the phone, over the internet, and in person. Assist and support the intake department in answering potential client questions, addressing concerns. Assist with telephone and in-person intake and sign-up of potential new clients. Requirements: JD degree from an accredited law school, and an active Texas State Bar license. Bilingual English and Spanish, with fluency. Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish well. 6 months Plaintiff s Personal Injury. Note that this experience can be during or prior to law school. Must have current knowledge of Texas personal injury law, including causes of action, liability issues, and damage elements. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Preferred Skills: Experience with Needles case management software.
