Immigration Attorney The candidate should preferably be admitted or about to be admitted to practice in New York State, and have 1-3 years of direct experience in immigration law. Will focus on preparing a wide range of employment-based and family-based immigration petitions and applications, as well as represent clients in removal defense matters. Represent clients at interviews at USCIS field offices, asylum offices and immigration court. Draft petitions, applications, motions, memorandums, briefs, and other legal documents. Should have a passion for protecting the rights of foreign-born individuals in the US, and a deep interest in making a long-term commitment to our well-respected and rapidly growing practice. Fluency in either Russian or Spanish is desirable.
