This position is responsible for assisting with the firm s Lemon Law practice. The position will handle incoming phone calls and online contacts, independently manage potential client intake processes, case summaries, and support attorneys with client communications and document gathering. The successful candidate may also assist with calendaring, scheduling, proofreading, discovery, and trial document preparation for multiple cases. This position requires independent critical thinking, self-motivation, personal accountability, and strong communication skills. Strong academic background with exceptional writing, grammar, and proofreading skills. Bachelor's degree and ABA-Approved Paralegal Program certificate required. Compensation depends on experience.
