Legal Secretary The candidate will be responsible for providing quality administrative and secretarial support in a timely manner following firm policies and procedures. Will work with attorneys, paralegals, and other legal and administrative staff to service clients. Must have Associates degree in business administration or a related field. Should have 3 years experience as a secretary/administrative assistant. Familiarity working with litigation documents and procedures; e-filing; ax and Corporate and Securities preferred. Minimum typing skills of 50 WPM, required. Commensurate combination of education and experience will be considered. Competent in the full range of computer software related to the position including relevant databases, MSOffice suite.
