Financial Services Litigation - Staff Attorney The candidate must have 1-2 years of litigation experience. Strong academic and professional credentials. Should be licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar. Experience with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and/or admission to the NJ, NY, PA, IL, or CA bars is a plus.
