Drafting Attorney/Paralegal The candidate will manage workload demand. This position will involve substantial family, contract, and real estate law, as well as other areas of law. Draft pleadings including Petitions, Motions, Complaints, Decrees, and more. Must have strong drafting skills, and research skills. Mastery of the English language is required. Must have admission to the Texas State Bar. Should have the willingness to work hard with team members without micromanagement from supervisors. Must be able to exercise initiative and attention to detail and apply it to work tasks.
