Family and Removal Defense Immigration Paralegal The candidate will support attorneys handling removal defense and litigation before the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Federal Courts; preparing and filing immigrant visa petitions, applications for adjustment of status, asylum, naturalization, and other administrative applications before the Department of Homeland Security. Should have Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong organizational and excellent English writing skills, computer literacy, and an interest in human rights and immigration matters. Fluency in Spanish (written and oral) required. Preference will be given to candidates with 2+ years of experience working in Immigration Law.
