Immigration Paralegal The candidate will assist attorney with gathering evidence, preparing supporting documents, preparing evidence and exhibits to be filed with the Immigration Court ( EOIR), and complying with procedural requirements and filing deadlines; Must have experience managing consular process cases; and filing I-601 Waivers, I-212 waivers. Have knowledge on the management and filing of family-based immigration matters, Adjustment of Status, Family Petition,I-751, Naturalization, Special immigrant visas, including U, T, VAWA and DACA. We prefer someone with Special Immigrant Juvenile Experience with State Court. Analyze and review case details to determine future actions; Demonstrate strategic thinking and initiative with regard to case assignments and identify and resolve delays in process; Prepare/coordinate document production and responses to requests for evidence; Conduct ongoing case tracking and management. Must have 3 years of experience in immigration law. Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish (Reading / Writing / Speaking required). Should have Proficiency with various technology platforms, including Microsoft Office and Immigration Case Management Software. Should have Associates Degree, Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate.
