Virtual Attorney The candidate will be practicing in elder law and estate planning. Duties: listening to clients, delivering the best documents to serve as the vehicle to save them thousands in probate fees, taxes, nursing home spend down avoidance, and a variety of legacy distribution protections. Will work from home, make anywhere from 60,000 to 300,000 depending on the amount of seminars and clients that sign up for a estate plan package, and the feeling of peace of mind that comes with the alleviation of your clients senior care or estate planning fears. Will deliver the documents. Will become collaborate on seminars and as our friendship grows, expand into other forms of estate planning trust admin and marketing. Should be licensed attorney with state bar association (any state), carries malpractice insurance, strong internet connection, and own physical office to meet clients is preferred. Active member of their State Bar (Required).
