Immigration Paralegal This ideal candidate must have experience in U-Visa (Have experience requesting police reports, I-918 Certification) understand the whole process from A-Z, under the supervision of an attorney, I-130s family-based petitions, I-485s, Consular Processing, I-589 with USCIS. Court experience is a plus. Should be bilingual (Spanish). Must have experience working at a high-volume law office.
