Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support attorneys in defense of medical malpractice, product defect, and general litigation matters. Must have excellent communication and critical thinking skills, and are excited about using cutting-edge technology in the delivery of legal services. Should have 5+ years of relevant experience, proficient user of MS Office, and have an Associate or undergraduate degree and/or Paralegal Certificate or experience demonstrating required skills. Preferred candidates will have experience working in medical malpractice or personal injury law and using ProLaw, WestLaw, CourtTrax, Adobe Pro, Everchron, and Nextpoint or similar technology solutions.
