Part-time Associate Attorney The candidate will join family law team. Will prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients in divorce, custody, child support and paternity cases. Advise clients in all areas of family law cases. Provide general attorney support. Legal research and writing. Attend hearings, mediations and trials. Handle full case load efficiently. Should have writing skills and social skills, pays close attention to detail and is willing to take direction from different supervising attorneys. Should have JD degree. Must be licensed to practice in the State of Utah. Should have 1-3 years law practice experience.
