Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate should have 5+ years recent experience. Must be experience in personal injury practice including: case management, exceptional client contact skills, discovery, litigation and trial support. Must have a good working knowledge of and experience with Washington Court Rules, familiarity with e-filing in Superior Court (primarily King and Pierce County), U.S. District Court, and Courts of Appeal. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; Needles case management software is preferred.
