Legal Secretary The candidate will provide support to the attorneys in the insurance recovery practice. This qualified candidate will provide coverage to 1 Partner, 1 Special Counsel, 1 Counsel and 2 associates. Must have 5+ years of litigation experience working in a professional services environment with excellent administrative and client service skills, and the ability to handle a high volume desk, which requires organizational skills, extreme accuracy and attention to detail. Must have a professional demeanor and the ability to be handle heavy volume and work autonomously. Must have BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent in experience. Excellent proofreading skills are essential. Advanced computer skills are necessary to handle the workload; proficiency with MS Office Suite, Outlook, is a must. Other duties may be assigned as necessary. Must be a team player and able to adapt to changing technologies and procedures.
