Paralegal The candidate will join family law practice. Will be expected to prepare pleadings, discovery, financial statements and equitable distribution affidavits with minimal supervision. Expected to manage a case through all parts of the litigation process and have a thorough understanding of the North Carolina family courts system. Desired candidate will possess a paralegal certificate and/or have 3+ years of experience in the family law sector.
