Associate Attorney Law Responsibilities: Independently manage a litigation caseload. Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects. Regularly handle court appearances, depositions, and Examinations under Oath. Communicate with clients and provide status reports. Qualifications: JD Degree from an accredited Law School. Admitted to practice in the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. 3+ years of insurance coverage and/or defense litigation experience. Experience in evaluating insurance coverage under general liability, umbrella/excess, automobile, property and /or professional liability policies a plus. Experience preparing pleadings, discovery, depositions and motion practice. Superior written and oral communication skills required. Legal project management experience is helpful.
