Staff Attorney - Labor and Employment/Litigation The candidate will support several attorneys in both the litigation and labor and employment practice groups. Will be responsible for managing discovery requests and responses; drafting motions, research memoranda and correspondence. Additionally, provide high level counsel to clients on employment law compliance issues. Must be admitted to a US state Bar and be in good standing. Admission to the California Bar is expected. Should have 3+ years of general litigation and labor and employment experience. Class Action experience (specifically wage and hour class action experience) is essential. Experience with harassment, discrimination and retaliation claims and investigations is essential. Strong client advice and counsel experience is essential. Superior research and analytical abilities is essential. written and verbal skill is essential.
