Litigation Attorney, Commission Duties: Work with a team of attorneys, paralegals and support staff in a team environment. Work from home and utilize firm technology, like Slack, Zoom, RingCentral, Tettra, Lexicata, GDrive to remain engaged with the firm and clients. Provide customer service and legal results to exceed clients expectations Help people who have suffered primarily injuries in car, motorcycle, or bicycle collisions. Negotiate for clients on case value and reduce lien claims to increase the amount available to the client Litigation involves discovery, depositions, arbitrations and trial. Be responsible for cases from start to finish and move files efficiently so clients can get closure on their case without sacrificing results. Follow procedures and systems in place to ensure clients best experience. Be a team player and respect others. Meet and talk to potential new clients. Qualifications: JD Degree. Admitted to State Bar of Arizona. 3 years' injury law experience.
