Bankruptcy Attorney DUTIES: To manage the cases through the various phases of the bankruptcy process. Review, investigate and evaluate potential cases. Communicate with client effectively and regularly. Analyze cases from facts presented by clients, using knowledge of the law and legal precedent. Engage in discussions with other lawyers about legal precedent, case facts, and related issues in a professional manner. Evaluate facts and develop strategies based on what is in the best interest of the client. Work in a fast pace legal environment where deadlines are extremely important and mistakes are costly. Qualifications: JD Degree. Licensed in good standing - North Carolina. 2 years of prior bankruptcy experience. Note: Remote work is possible
