Litigation Paralegal The candidate should be experienced paralegal possessing strong litigation and e-discovery skills. Must have the ability to prepare and oversee basic discovery including interrogatories, document requests and third party subpoenas. Experience in the defense of general liability claims, including premises, automobile, property damage and personal injury is a plus. Case management software experience is also a plus. Must be able to work independently while adhering to litigation guidelines. 3 years of experience is needed.
