Associate Attorney The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in consumer and commercial collection matters. Must be knowledgeable about procedure and capable of handling court proceedings, reviewing court pleadings and managing cases from inception to completion. Should have California State Bar License. Previous experience in litigation, collection law preferred. Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Knowledge of consumer protection statutes such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act preferred. Bilingual Spanish speaker preferred.
