Paralegal The candidate will serve in all phases of plaintiff's personal injury litigation. Will serve in client intake. Pre-suit filing notice of claims, no-fault applications, obtaining medical records. Drafting Pleadings and Discovery. Scheduling court appearances and depositions. Maintaining Firm Calendar. Extensive client communication. Must have experience in personal injury litigation including sign-up of cases, preparation of pre-litigation work such as no fault applications, obtaining medical records, drafting pleadings and discovery responses. Prior experience as a paralegal in personal injury essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed.
