Workers Compensation Attorney The candidate will be responsible for helping workers who are injured on the job recover compensation for these injuries, including medical bills and lost wages. The attorney will handle a full caseload of Workers Compensation cases. Must be in good standing with the California state bar. Experience: At least one (1) year experience in Workers Compensation. Should have 1-2 years civil litigation experience, or a recent admittee with strong academic credentials (e.g., high class rank with Top 50 Law School, or Law Review, etc.).
