Attorney - Patent Litigation Associate The candidate should have 2 years of experience litigating patent matters in federal district court. Experience litigating in Section 337 proceedings at the International Trade Commission ("ITC") is strongly preferred, and have a technical background in science and/or engineering. It is a plus to be a member of the patent bar able to practice at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Top academic credentials, strong analytical and writing abilities, excellent client-relations skills, and the ability to manage and work well on a team are also required.
