Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate must have personal injury experience. Must be able to work on the personal injury files from start to finish. Must have experience drafting complaints, Bills of Particulars and discovery documents. Must obviously be familiar with the medical records and terminology. Must have familiarity with case management software, preferably SmartAdvocate.
