Part-time Litigation Paralegal The candidate will handle personal injury litigation cases from inception to disposition. Will support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation including pre-trial investigation, trial preparation, and trial by preparing legal documents such as discovery, briefs and pleadings for review, approval, and use by the attorneys. Should preferably have 1+ year of experience.
