Immigration Paralegal The candidate must have 2+ years of experience in immigration law with some knowledge in removal and family immigration. Should have strong organizational skills. Must be fluent in Spanish. Should preferably be able to process and prepare the following documents: Family-Based Petitions (I-130's), Adjustment of Status (I-485's/245i/245a), and U Visa's. Filings for immigration court are essential.
