Litigation Paralegal (Med Mal/Elder Law/Employment) The candidate will do litigation case management, page line deposition summaries, preparing subpoenas, managing discovery, medical records summaries, trial prep, and legal research. Should have 2+ years of substantive litigation experience. Provide experienced, well-organized, and independent paralegal support to the attorneys in the Medical Malpractice/Elder Law, Employment, and General Liability Litigation groups. Comprehensive knowledge of case management. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Adobe Pro, Excel, and document management software. Demonstrated ability to independently and manage multiple priorities, manage time effectively. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Paralegal will exercise excellent judgment and decision-making skills, strong organizational skills. Must meet Paralegal qualifications based on California Business and Professions code 6450.
