Associate Litigation Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of commercial litigation experience, preferably with an emphasis on insurance-related litigation. Should preferably have experience investigating/defending first- and third-party claims, taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and attending court hearings in state and federal courts. Experience drafting coverage opinions and conducting examinations under oath is a strong plus.
